Leadership Course – ESET 319

The goal of this course is to explore the area of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), identify personal EQ competencies and areas for improvement, and build on these competencies and skills. Goals also include learning to manage our emotions, anticipate and work with the emotions of others. We will work individually and in teams, use activities, discussion and reflection to attain our objectives.
